For many years, I was proud to operate as an affiliate agent of Keller Williams Realty. Keller Williams Realty was a great company and I really enjoyed my time with them and was proud to be affiliated with them. Like many agents, I was attracted and kept their by the superior training, great culture, and profit sharing. That is until I discovered another local company in my area that is somewhat of a spinoff. Maximum One Realty has a more packed training calendar with more traing opportunities than my Keller Williams office offered me. The culture is the same because the coporate structure is virtually identical. In fact, I was surprised to see that about 85% of the agent body at Maximum One Realty are actually former Keller Williams Agents like myself including the founder, Dave Kubat. I recall seeing some of them as exemplary panelists at the Keller Williams National Convention, Family Reunion and was surprised to see that some of those people had moved to Maximum One. Since the company offers a very similar profit sharing structure and ownership opportunity to its agents. Once I realized that Maximum One Realty had all of that and offered a much more favorable commission structure with much lower overhead, I decided that it would be best to move.
