I moved to the Atlanta area in 1996; the year the Olympics were held here. Prior to
moving here, I lived in Norwalk, CT. The first time I visited Atlanta, I was attracted to the overall quality of life; particulary
the relatively low cost of living especially compared to the Long Island, NY area that I grew up in.
Like most New Yorkers, I felt that NYC was the center of the world and the only place to live if you want culture. I soon
learned that Atlanta had much more to offer than low cost of living and warmer weather. There is a relatively good local job market, and
a vast selection of good restaurants, nightlife, theater and arts. The only thing that is really missing is an ocean beach.

I have been a licensed East Cobb Real Estate Agent since 2004. When I first
got my start, I was a part time agent with another company. My original motivation for
getting a real estate license was to help me with the purchase of my own investment properties.
By the end of 2005, I realized that I had a knack and desire for working in this business. At that point,
I decided to leave my job as a software development consultant to pursue working in real estate full time. In
my first full time year in business, I quickly made it to the TOP 20% in my office and qualified for many awards
including Million Dollar Club status with the Board Of Realtors in 2006 and 2007. For 2008, I am on track to continue to show the world what
I am capable of in this business. I attribute much of my success to my advanced education which combines both marketing and
technical skills. This gives me the unique ability to not only understand the technology of the Internet; but to know how
to utilize it to gain a competitive advantage. That advantage becomes YOUR advantage too because it helps
market your home in the best and most visible ways possible.
